🏡 Selling in the Bay Area?

Refinish before you list

Buyers judge the bathroom in the listing photos. We make a dated tub, tile wall or sink look new in one day, for a fraction of a remodel, and it is ready before your photographer arrives.

Same bathroom, same tile. Refinished in one day, no demolition.

Why sellers refinish instead of remodel

You are not going to live with the new bathroom. You need it to photograph well and not scare buyers, at the lowest cost and in the shortest time.

1 day

Fits before the photos

We refinish in one visit and it is ready to use about 24 hours later. A replacement takes one to two weeks of demolition, plumbing and tile work.

$600–$850

For most tubs

Against $4,500 or more to tear out and replace a tub. Tile surrounds are $600 to $1,000. Chip repairs are included.

5 years

Warranty in writing

The same warranty our homeowners get. Buyers and inspectors see a sound, glossy surface, not a patch job.

Questions sellers ask

Is refinishing worth it before selling a house?

Usually, yes. A dated or stained tub and tile surround shows in every listing photo. Refinishing costs $600 to $850 for most tubs, against $4,500 or more to replace one, and it is done in a day, so it fits between your decision to list and the photo shoot.

How soon can you come?

Tell us your photo or listing date when you request a quote. Listing jobs go to the front of our schedule, and we confirm a date by text the same day.

Will it be ready for photos and showings?

Yes. The coating is fully cured and ready to use about 24 hours after we finish. Book us at least two days before your photographer and you are safe.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. Many sellers have already moved out. We can arrange access with you or your agent and send photos when the job is done.

What does it cost?

Most bathtubs are $600 to $850. A three-wall tile surround is $600 to $1,000, and a sink is $350 to $450. Small chip and crack repairs are included. Every job has a 5-year warranty.
